"When Stars Align" is a light sculpture installation for the town of Ketchikan, Alaska. Nestled in the beautiful wilds carved by glaciers, the installation calls back to the history of the natives who have made a living for centuries off the salmon spawning streams there. A constellation of stars converge into the Kichxáan Héeni Canoe when the viewer steps onto a raised platform.
