+ design phase: accurately reconstruct a dimensionally accurate (+/- 0.01") digital replica of client provided physical sample in a CAD program (Fusion 360) as a basis for design development
+ design iterations: apply changes to model as required through client feedback
+ fabrication: prepare digital part for 3D printing and subsequent ultrasonic welding; adjust tolerances are required
